Happy Thankgiving and welcome to the first edition of the Fast-Air Newsletter. There has been some signficant additions to Fast-Air's service and coverage and I thought it was overdue to provide some information to my customers.


Current Coverage
We currently cover Caspian, Caspian Cutoff Road, Gaastra including Nowicki Road, majority of Stambaugh, parts of Iron River, and the majority of Baumgartner District. We also now have coverage to a 3 to 6 mile area around the Rosetti Water Tower in Iron River Township.
This will provide coverage to Gibb City Road, Iron Lake area, West US 2, Mineral Hills, Forbes, parts of Stanley Lake and other areas.

New Coverage - coming soon...
We will be expanding coverage to Bates Township and Amasa area. This coverage will also cover parts of Chicaguon and Indian Lake. Service is expected to be in operation by December 15th or earlier.


Need More Speed
Customer response has far exceeded my expectations. So much so that I have had to order another T1 data line. This will bring our total bandwidth to 3 Mbits of speed. This will significantly help with some of the slowdown that I am sure many have experienced lately. I thank you for your business and I will try to provide the most reliable and responsive service in the area. The extra bandwidth should be up January 10th.


Customer Appreciation Promotion
As I stated in the previous segment customer response has been great. I have not even had to advertise Fast-Air because you the customer has advertised for me. So to show my appreciation, any current customer that refers a new customer that purchases Internet service from Fast-Air will received a $15 credit. New Office Location
Fast-Air now has its office location in the back section of Vic's Radio & TV at 89 E Genesee St. (right across from the Riverside Pizzeria). The office entrance is the white side door. It is currently under remodeling but please come in and see us.



Payment Locations
We have added a new place to make payments. In addition to US Mail, Republic Bank, and online, you can now drop payments off at our office location. If no one is there, you can drop them in the mail slot by the front door. You won't need a stamp and it doesn't cost you 50 cents. Please be sure to mark your name on it and put it in an envelope.



Keeping Your Connection at Top Speed
Just a reminder. Be sure to run both Ad Aware and Spybot at least once a month. You may want to check these links to be sure you have the latest versions of these programs. Also as I have stated in previous emails, there have been over 20 cases of Norton AntiVirus missing trojan viruses. If you have Norton, you may want to uninstall it and run the free version of AVG (grisoft). It works great.
